As an Astoria native, I’ve seen a lot change in my relatively short years. What used to be a run-down, deserted coastal fishing town has been reborn into a chic community. Astorian’s have a lot pride in their community and it shows: a bustling downtown that has been revitalized by small business and great vision, small developments like Mill Pond Village and River Point that turned an eye sore into a wonderful neighborhood, and a beautiful waterfront featuring a historic trolley, the Red Building, Pilot House and a walking path. It’s been an incredible couple of decades for this town as I look back, and I consider myself lucky to have witnessed it all.
I began my career as a Real Estate Professional (Realtor) with RE/MAX in 2006 and never looked back. Our housing market has changed substantially in that time, but it still takes the same things to produce results: premier market place positioning, superior knowledge of market conditions & competition, more education and a little more work than the next guy. I pride myself on leading the pack by staying on the cutting edge of real estate technology, and up to date on market trends both locally and nationally. Now, more than ever before, you need a professional who is up to date with the market place and marketing trends.
